The VII Academy, the educational branch of the VII Foundation, is a not for profit foundation based in France, Bosnia and Thailand. Its mission is to provide tuition-free education in the fields of media practice to women and men from the majority world and to support vocational training and knowledge transfer initiatives to communities that are under-served or under-represented in the media. As a part of the VII Academy’s mission, this festival will be a free event open to the public and will support the participation of panelists from across the world.
